Baileigh CS-C425SA Semi-Automatic Column Type Coldsaw

This is a very rigidly built vertical column cold saw that has been constructed to last for decades in the most gruelling fabrication environments. \n \nThis 16.5" bladed machine uses an industrial-grade gearbox, drive motor, and hydraulics. The cutting head rides up and down a heavy way track that has been hardened and ground to offer the most accurate cuts in the industry. \n \nThe column of the CS-C425SA is very stable and allows for larger cutting capacities. The cutting head is hydraulically fed offering a precise cutting pressure through the cycle which extends blade life. \n \nThe CS-C425SA vertical column coldsaw can mitre left 45° and 60° right, making it a perfect saw for angle iron and channel. \n \nAn industrial-grade coolant pump ensures the blade is cooled and that the chips are washed away from the material being cut. \n \nTo cycle the machine simply put the material against the provided material stop and press the foot pedal to engage the machine. At this point the material is hydraulically clamped and the saw starts its cycle before returning to the home position. \n \nThe vice clamps both sides of the material to save blade life. This Baileigh column coldsaw comes standard with 4 cutting speeds, metered material stop, industrial coolant system, and a tool box filled with items for general maintenance and blade changeovers.
